I had an excellent stay at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium. The staff were incredibly attentive, making my visit nice. While the hotel is close to the metro, which makes exploring Bangkok easy, I did notice some areas where improvements could be made, particularly regarding the aging facilities.

The hotel is spotless and offers facilities like a small swimming pool, a gym, and yoga classes. However, the location is a bit far from the main shopping areas, which can be inconvenient.
